Default INSTALLING A JDM CLIMATE CONTROLL IN 92 EG CX

I AM CURRENTLY WORKING ON ANOTHER SWAP SO I DECIDED TO DO MY INTERIOR AT THE SAME TIME. I AM CHANGING THE GRAY CX DASH FOR A 95 BLACK SI AIR BAG DASHBOARD. THE JDM CLUSTER AND CLOCK ARE STRAIGHT FOWARD INSTALLS. ALTHOUGH THE JDM CLIMATE CONTROLL IS PHYSICALLY LONGER THAN THE USDM VERSION. THE JDM ONE IS ALL ELECTRONIC UNLIKE THE USDM THAT HAS A WIRE RUNNING TO THE COLD TO HEAT ADJUSTMENT ****. THE WIRES ARE NOT PLUG AND PLAY BECAUSE THEY ARE SLIGHTLY DIFFRENT.. .....

....I NEED HELP FROM ALL YOU SMART BROS. IF YOU HAVE A GOOD PAGE/LINK TO REFER ME TO I APPRECIATE IT.

Just swap over the climate control faces and the bulbs onto the USDM climate control.

unfortunately, with this method you won't have use of the auto feature of the jdm climate control unit.

Well, unfortunately we live in the US where all the good OEM parts don't exist.

i doubt he will want to switch over and splice the harness/sensors either? way too much trouble for it to work as it was meant. hence the face lift works for most.

plus he'll be wasting gas by using the autotemp feature anyway

there's no point in the JDM cluster other than for looks. i mean, it's a better OEM piece because of the auto feature. without it, there is no functional benefit. just another JDM bandwagon item.

I FIGURED THE ONLY OPTION WOULD BE TO CHANGE THE FACE OR BULBS JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE THER WASNT AN EFFICIENT METHOD IN ORDER TO GET THE COPLETE FUNCTIONING PART. I WOULDNT WANT TO PAINT THE BULBS BECAUSE WE DO **** AS LEGIT AS POSSIBLE YADADIMEEN

Don't use caps, it's annoying.

And as a member of Northern California, I'd ask you not to use this word ever again... not just in this forum, but in real life... it's just, wrong.
