ok heres the problem. recently my car has been acting up. all of a sudden my gas gauge drops straight down to E and my car dies out and it wont start. then after mayb 10 minutes i click the key twice, the gas gauge slowly makes it way back up. and then the car will start. could there be something wrong with the fuel pump?

 

yes it sounds as if its something in the tank.. i would just change it out, and upgrade..

 

any other problems? any cel? have you done a recent fuel pump/fuel filter install?

whats kind of car and engine btw

 

sounds to me like your ground from the gas tank to the chassis is bad.
it connects to the gauge sender and fuel pump.

 

the car is an 93 EG hatch with jdm itr swap, where should i reground it ?
