Default Rota Group N's. Are they duel drilled for 4x114.4 and 4x100?

Someone offered me money for them, but wants them for a car that's 4x114. We all know the common 4x100 is their main drill, but they have the secondary set of lug holes, and I'm wondering if anyone knows FOR SURE what that is.

you can measure the lug pattern or if he lets you test fit the wheel.
