FF Squad had a comparison of the cams, but there new site is not finished yet. I really can't remember how to tell each apart, all I know is by the rings that go around one end of the cam. You could try http://www.jdmhondaparts.com

If they are new get the correct part number off the package, if not, I would measure the lobe of the cam and match it to the specifics in the helms manual. The tiiite ff squad page is a good comparison, but the actual measurement of the lobe would be the 100% sure way you are getting what you are paying for.
