d-series transmissions help?

d-series transmissions help?
I just got a hold of an ef four door. And I can't find any help on figuring out witch 5-speed trans. thats in it. The trans works good but it needs a new clutch, and if i'm going to pull out the trans. I might as well put in a good SI transmission in it. any help??
