I'm looking at importing a siR into america, and all I need is a M7 form and a letter from Honda stating the siR complies with the US safety standards. Does anybody who's done this have this document on file? or do I need one specific to my exact siR?

If you search there is a ton of info on this. Honda Tuning also did an big article on it last year.

I dont need info about importing, I just need a formal letter from Honda stating the model CRX I'm importing complies with the US's safety regulations.
It's a form you must have to import a CRX into the US.

well it doesnt meet Us saftey regulations, so i dont think you will get a letter stating so

 

why doesnt it?
