Thank you but that did not help me much. I don't know all the generations of accord and civics. And a lot of that was slang to me. I am trying to learn more about Hondas but I am a little lost when it comes to breaks has any one out there done this swap that can give me a strait answer.

first things first. If you have 15" rims or larger and have not converted the fronts to the V6 brakes, I'd do that first as it:

Will incrasse your stopping power (stopping distance is shorter)
removes the pressed on rotors

converting the rears won't do jack to make the car stop quicker and are for cosmetic reasons only...........

it would help a little but do realize that LX/SE/DX's drum does not come with ABS so it's not going to use the disk to the fullest

unless you got all the junk really cheap, it's a waste of money if you looking for performance wise gain

Thanks everyone that helps a lot. The car is used for auto cross so every little bit helps. The problem I find is that after a few corners the drums start to heat up and become just about useless. Thanks foot the help any other advice would be helpful I am sure. Thanks again.
