which tein springs?

which tein springs?
this question is for a friend who isnt on HT. which tein spring give u the biggest drop? H tech or S tech? I can't seem to figure it out from the Tein site but maybe im looking for it in the wrong place. i searched btw

my friend is looking for something to combine with his tokico blue the whatever spring he has on the car now is making the car too low and damaging the tires.
in this case should i suggest him to go with Tein H? By the way, roads here are horrible holes everywhere.. i really dont' know what to tell him..
