Default Tight 321 Stainless U-bend needed

Im having a custom manifold built out of 321 SS but my fabricator cant find a tight elbo needed to complete the project. We need a 2.5" diameter (OD) U-bend that has a tight 3" radius (CLR) in 321. I believe the gauge is thin 16 gauge (.065"). Most places like Burns do not have 321 that tight in 2.5", only smaller diameters or lesser 304SS. And we dont want to use 304 since the rest is 321.

Can anyone point us in the right direction?

Did you call burns? I'm pretty sure they have a bunch more stuff they don't list on their website.

Id rather go with 304 before I went with pie cuts.

Try a 2.5" Donut.

http://www.roadraceengineering.com has something that might work.

The donut is a great idea! Looks like RRE doesnt sell them in 321 tho, only 304. Do you know anyone else who makes/sells donuts besides krispy kreme?

Thanx bro! Is it really that bad to mix 321 and 304 pipes?
