Default Moon cut Valve cover

I was wondering how you guys did the mooncut valve cover. I searched and didnt find what i wanted to see. I plan on using a hole saw but nobody was too sure about the size. So if you guys know the exact size please let me know. Its for a b series motor too.

Just find the centerpoint of the cam pullies and use the appropriate holesaw, nothing to it. Just be sure you have time to do some cleanup work... and paint

I scored mine with a dremel on the outside, then took some pliers and it just snaps off..

Pretty simple actually..

I used a large draw punch from the shop. Found one close to the same size and let it rip.

Easy way.

Take a piece of cardboard cut it out the same size as the cam gears.

take the side cover off and put the valve cover on and place the templets in the same area and volla cut away. Cut bellow the line then small dremel and grind clean to the line.

90 degree hole hog with a hole saw appropriately sized. the center of the cam bolts is right at the seam between the plastic and the valve cover. just line it up and drill.

plasma, took the mesurement from the pulley itself with a tape, got the radius... drilled a metal screw where the center of the puller are, took a peice of rope and tied the plasma torch to the metal screw... then did a moon, that way both are smooth and identical!

hope this help

lol yeah, not just one pack though, one for every plug, whats up with that?
Seems a bit strange to me, is it a photochop, or something that actually works?

You pretty much take the dizzy out of the picture when you do that, right?
How exactly do you set something like that up, and do you have anymore pics?
