I'm looking at some turbo cams for my H23, I see all of the b series guys running stock cams and can't decide on weather or not to upgrade because all I can find are unfounded one sided opinions. So if anybody can steer me to a definative "I picked up 75whp from my crower stage2 turbo cams" or opposite that would be nice. I don't know why but I don't feel right about the stock H23 cams.

 

For what it's worth I have never seen any one build an H23 Turbo using the Crower turbo cams. But the stock cams have around .370" max lift and 183˚ duration. The Crower turbo cams have an additional .070" lift on the intake and an additional 10˚ duration at .050". I do not see how that could not be better for turbo applications. If you already have the springs and retainers then it is not that expensive to try IMO.

I hope you find someone that has tried them but otherwise I think that you will have difficutly.

I know... I don't have the "piratemcfred" spirit. I'd rather read how someone else did it and then make it happen, I'm not huge into the trial and error game. You've made your self scarse as of late, good to see you back.
