Default Rack and Pinion, steering wheel has a bit of play.

How do you adjust the rack and pinion on a 92-95 Hb Dx? OR is it possible to take the slack out of the wheel.

check tie rods, then the lower u-joint, etc. If all that is good, there IS an adjuster bolt on the rack. Look under your car and you will see a huge locknut with a 14mm bolt inside of it. You need to be careful with how much you tighten it though, because too tight and you're steering wheel will stay turned and behard to move. I forgot the adjustment procedure in the service manual, just go a 1/4 turn at a time. Oh, and you need the special tool to loosen the locknut...go make friends with a Honda tech
