http://www.itr-dc2.com and forum.hondarevolutions.com are places to start. Find someone parting out an ITR that is willing to ship to the US. I bought two UKDM clusters from forum.hondarevolutions.com and http://www.jspeed.net

They aren't the USDM version. That's usually enough for most people.
To go into a bit more detail though, the UKDM cluster looks similar to the JDM one, except that the speedometer measures MPH rather than KPH and the warning light symbols are slightly different.
