Default 3/31/2006 - Civic Si Photoshoot

Welp since I waxed the car, and made it all purty yesterday, figured I would take it out today and show off my mad crappy photo taking skills. Let me know what you guys thing. Did some work since the last time I posted any pictures.

Nice car.. I saw a picture of hit before and was amazed at how well it's held up. Unfortunately most EF's that autocross are usually not as clean as yours. Keep up the good work! My suggestion? Throw some amber corners and bumper lights on it. I have always liked the tahitian green + amber combination.

Not a fan of the stickers, painted rear drums, canards or the wheel centre caps.

But it is a really clean car for the age, I like the drop and size of wheel.

I like the mismatched front seats.

On an aside, are there two valve stems per wheel? I have not seen that before. What is the purpose/advantage?

the actual reason is when racing your fill the tires with nitrogen and the second valve stem is used to bleed off air while filling with the nitrogen

Wow tough crowd guys. Vinyls are all from the previous owner, as are the canards on the front. I did the brakes because well, I couldn't stand the rusted drums and rotors.

Anyway all the decals are of the previous owners sponsors. I think the car looks really great in person, but I am not sure if I will be keeping the vinyls on or not.

Does anyone know a ballpark on how much is would cost to repair the damage on the front of this car? This is the first Honda that I have owned, and have only had it for like 3 months now.

Thanks for the comments guys!!

Yea I only have 2 autocrosses on it currently. I have numbers 3 and 4 this weekend. Can't wait. I won our regions sts championship last year in my 93 Saturn SW2, and this car is definitely far better then that, and is the same class.
