need torque specs for head and also the clutch and flywheel

i have to change the headgasket on my motor just got all the stuff required just need help with torque specs for a d15b7head and also the valve cover torque spec

and i just got my clutch and flywheel so need torque spec for that too its a stage 1 and the flywheel is 8lbs
need info

Head bolts r supposed to be tightened in 4 stages with the following torque specs.

1. 14 ft/lbs
2. 36 ft/lbs
3. 49 ft/lbs
4. 49 ft/lbs

Valve cover bolts r torques to 86 inch/lbs

Clutch pressure plate bolts should be torqued to 19 ft/lbs
