Would Type r cams gears fit? if so, do i need cams, new belt, pump, pulley or can i just leave it with the cam gears and be ok?

Why not just play it safe and get motor specific cam gears? When you say Type R cam gears, are you talking about the stock ones from a Type R, or aftermarket ones that were made for a Type R? If you are talking about the stock ones, that would just be a big ol' fat waste of time and money.
In terms of what to replace, I am pretty sure that it is highly recommended that you replace the belt with your cam gears.

yes they fit, but why would you just want the gears ? if you wanna switch over to the type r stuff i recommend changing the whole valvetrain
