tanabe rear tie bar?

my friend says he has a tanabe rear tie bar for his 5th gen lude, but doesnt want it, and asked if i wanted to buy it from him. will the 5th gen tie bar fit on a 4th?

4th and 5th gen basically have the same rear suspension. rear bar is the same, front is different.
