Jdm and Usdm cams?
Here ya go:
ITR/CTR cam specs
STOCK 1997-1999 ITR profile ($500-580/pr, ITR intake cam $250-290)
INTAKE lift - 11.5 mm,duration - 240 @1mm
EXHAUST lift - 10.5mm, duration - 235 @1mm
STOCK CTR and 2000-2001 ITR profile (CTR intake cam $300-350)
INTAKE lift - 11.5 mm,duration - 243 @1mm
EXHAUST lift - 10.5mm, duration - 235 @1mm

so the 00-01 ITR cams are the same as the CTR cams?! Whoah... Didn't know that. I thought the CTR cams were a WEE~ bit more agressive than the 00-01 ITR cams. I know that the 97-99 ITR cams were a bit weaker...
Yes,
to be clear, the intake cam duration is 3 degrees longer with the CTR and 00-01 ITR cams as opposed to the 97-98 ITR cams. Not that one is weaker just that the duration of one is longer which will equal a hair of a bit more power.
The 97-98 ITR cams are similar but just that their intake cam duration is the 3 degrees less, Thats it.
Here is the specs for your GSR cams:
STOCK GSR profile (b17a and b18c1)
INTAKE lift - 10.6 mm,duration - 230 @1mm
EXHAUST lift - 9.4mm, duration - 227@1mm
Just to be clear, we are talking the vtec lobe on the cam when dealing with the above cam specs that I listed.
