TESTING WATERS

I'm looking for a OBDII LS Block (b18b). What i have to offer is a JDM b16a which is obd1. My motor has about 40k on it and runs very very well, burning no oil or anything like that.

I live in NY and having some real inspection troubles (i have an OBDII civic). Therefore, im going to take out my obdI motor, and looking to swap back in an OBDII ls motor. i'm really drawn to the idea of ls-turbo, and more importantly would love to pass inspection again .

I want to trade STRAIGHT UP. no cash, no bs...just my motor for yours. The LS should have less than 75k on it, and run well as well. I want to keep my tranny (i want my clutch and flywheel), but everything else will be swapped, ECU, harness etc.

LMK im located about an hour north of NYC, so anyone in the northeast would work out well!
