didnt like my inserts in my panels.. air bubble... faded.. u know..

so i drilled out the glue spots.. and took off the fabric... Other then reupolstering them.. since the bare insert is kinda rough can i cover it with something such as a thin layer of resin or something and paint them.. matching the car of course..

let me know if ne of yous messed with the door panels before.

 

dont paint them..just get them re-done

 

my dad paints professionally so if u think they will come out like sht.. ur mistakin.. but .. where can i get saude at.. preferably greyish.. i know theres a bunch of places in philly that have material and watnot..

i just think painting them would make the presence of fiberglass.. which i like..

 

you can paint it but I would think it would get scraped alot. But you can always go back and do something else. I did mine in Suede and they look really nice.

well i dont drive the car too too much.. and i never have passengers other then my girlfriend.. so i think they will be fine as far as srapping goes.. cuz the will be cleared as well
