Will quick release hubs work with factory CRX steering wheels?

i don't think there is a quick release hub ont he market that will work with an oem honda wheel.
I think the quick release hubs bolt to after market wheels on the 6 bolt 2-3/4" bolt pattern same as the hubs for aftermarket wheels.
