Default Clutch issue, do I need to adjust?

Well I installed a new XTD stage 2 clutch with my Y8 swap. The shifter feels weird, like it doesn't go into gear right, or come out right. I might just have the linkage bolt to tight or something.

Anyways, when I have it in neutral and let out on the clutch it starts to whine a little like it's not disengaged. The car doesn't move or anything, it is completely quite when I have the clutch pedal to the floor. When I start to let off it starts the little whine. What does it sound like to you guys?

Thanks

i would play with the adjustment and see if it helps, other then that you can hit your transmission with a hammer and see if it makes a difference.

Why would I hit it with a hammer?
