what rail are you talking about? i have to assume you are talking about fuel. . .
No, they are not the same. The inlet fitting on the bb6 is on the left, and the right for bb4. other than that i believe they are the same. the mounting bolt patterns are the same, as well as the fittings for the injectors.

for sure the rails are different.
if you are trying to exchange seats, you will have to get custom rails either way.
pretty much with seats, unless you are keeping something stock, you will need custom rails for almost any other seat in the prelude
