EDIT: New issue at the bottom!
Hey I was wondering if someone could help me out with this. I am not 100% sure what this is. I think it's my MAP and fuel vap sensor. There was a line running from the charcoal canister to where the empty nipple is. Can I leave this blank or do I need to run this to something? Can I delete any other lines associated with this piece/delete this all together? Thanks in advance for help!

Yeah you can leave it empty..Many people including myself remove the cansister and just plug that little nipple..And I think that thing with the little nipple is called the purge cutoff solenoid valve..

to the right is your evap purge solenoid keep that on if you want to pass smog. also that purge solenoid is going to purge fuel tank vapors to your manifold vaccum at cruizing speeds or when it needs to. if theres no fuel vapors then its going to introduce atmospheric air into manifold little lean condition there, anyway and for the unit to the left its your MAP sensor and yes thats very important for A/F ratio calculations with out that it defaults your A/F ratio RICH and probably run a little crapy but yea keep those on if it wasnt important then HONDA wouldnt have put it on.

Alright so I figured out the first problem. I just took of my OBD0 engine harness had two plugs left over. Question is what are they and do I need them?
First one was in the intake mani part of the harness

This one was plugged into the back of the D15B2 block

Thanks for all the feedback!

NEW ISSUE I searched through the EF recent and archives and didn't find anything worth wile.
Where do I run the clutch cable? I've never done the auto to manual conversion before and from what I can tell there is no hole. If someone could post a pic of where their clutch cable goes through the firewall and routed in engine bay and/or give me some advise that would be great! Thanks

Its for the oil pressure sender or the water temp sender. They are right next to each other on the back of the motor.

the brown and green pug are fuel injector plugs for you dpfi (dual point fuel injection)
Plug on back is your fan switch it turns the fan on when it reaches the right temp
The big hoes goes to the bottom of the radiator the two little ones go to your heater core Plug the two little ones I guess if you dont want heat .
