Default How often do you change your o2 sensors???

Just a quick question to see how long people wait to change o2 sensors? Do you know any symptoms of them being bad (besides low gas mileage?)

Thanks

i have seen people say they're good up to 100k... don't know how accurate that is.

One of mine just went out at 90K the other one is good although i bought two just in case... You can take a voltage meter and see how many volts are going to it if its low then you can change them because they are starting to go bad...you could just wait till the malfunction idicator lamp came on like me :-D

mine was REALLY bad but the light never came on unless I did something to the car that would make it come on. My oil pressure switch was bad but the car wouldn't realize it until I tried to go into 5th gear vtec and then it would throw codes for that, the o2, and the map sensor...

OMG i got cusious and checked out the pricing of o2 sensors and i found a 98 prelude o2 sensor going for $250! i thought they were more like $60-$80. the price i found was on schuck's website. is there some kind of core charge/refund i'm missing? $250 sounds like a wideband sensor price, not a narrow band sensor. sorry, not trying to thread jack.
