Has anyone installed this Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator before?? Please help!!
It says it mounts over the stock one but I'll be damned if I can figure it out.I'm trying to put it on a D16Z6 fuel rail and any help would be appreciated. Thanks
What kind of regulator is that? I'm guesing you;re going to have to get custom with it. Didn't the regulator come with a little mounting bracket?

Yeah I have an SOHC ZC too and you have to cut the top part off of your stock regulator and mount that one over it. Just be sure to not cut the seal that is inside the stock one...

you should get a gauge, check the pressure with the stock regulator, with the vacuum line on and off, write them down, then cut the top off the stock one and put the Adjustible one on, then set it back to stock with the vacuum off first then on make shure there the same
because you have no idea what your motor wants fuelpressure wise
if you want to be able to use it get on the dyno and adjust it till you see the most power, if not stock is what you need

I was just about to say that.
Set it to stock (usually 30-35) and leave it until you get on a dyno, then make adjustments accordingly. A FPR without a gauge is pointless. I see so many people locally running no gauge but yet will adjust the regulator on the drop of the dime (I guess its a mental satisfaction thing) but they are just turning it, not knowing what they are even adjusting it to.
