I got my type r swap from hmotors and I think the linkage (del sol vtec) is bent.. does anyone have a picture of theirs or remember how the things on the end (weights maybe?) look? The d series one is straight, but the b series one bends kind of far to the side. The stock shifter works, but I have tried 3 different short shifters.. and none will fit.

but if this helps you out any. my shift linkage is bent on my del sol and it sits more towards me. i like it like that though i dont know why. pretty much to give you a better pic my 5th is kind of where 3rd would be well a little more to the right.

no it is bent. i know cause i have looked under there. but i like the way it sits.. got used to it

 

not sure i understand the question. i have asked several del sol owners- the shifter sits a little toward the driver(left hand drive) in neutral.

 

the forks were bent. I straightened them up and the shifter fits now
