Default stalled car in lots of water.

i have a cold air intake and i stalled it in a lake/puddle. it turned over about 6 times then suddenly stopped. now when i try to turn it over it seems as if the starter is not engaging properly. any ideas?

the road was flooded. so i guess it was a puddle, but when i got out and pushed, it was knee high and my interior flooded. hence the lake stuff.

means a **** load of water got into your motor and it is no longer useable.

note to you: a $50 bypass valve prevents "hydrolocking"

here

So what's the big fuss everyone makes about hydrolock? This phenomenon occurs when water is sucked up into the throttle body and into the cylinders by way of your cold air intake, or any setup for that matter. This ultimately causes serious and irreversible damage to your engine

Take out all the spark plugs and try the starter. If there is water in there its not going to turn over without relieving pressure.

did you inform your insurance agent when you put on the intake? if so then yes

if not then no, unless you would like to commit insurance fraud and reinstall the factory intake

well if you called them and told them putting your factory intake back on wont help cuz they can look up and see it hasnt always been that way.
