dont worry about it. it will fit if you want it to fit. i tried it never fit like i wanted it to. getting an 92-95 ex lip

confused me too.... he ment to say "i like the 92-95 optional lip, but i have my mind set on the 99-00 optional lip can anyone please help me"

just get the bumper and put it on..... makes adjustments to make it fit right
