Default headlight has moisture, how to fix?

What's the best way to get rid of water trapped in head lights?

My 95 ITR stock low beam headlights has lots of moisture in the outer lens. The moisture won't go away as it's trapped between outer and inner lens. To take the light out, I'd have to remove the bumper (which seems complicated).

To remove the bumper and get the lights out follow this link;

To fix the condensation problem, remove your headlights and place then in the oven (search to find out what temp, and how long) to loosen the silicone sealent. Take headlight apart from lens, clean up the old silicone and apply new silicone.

Thats basically a rough idea of what you have to do. If you search im sure you can find how-to. Also what others have done is taken out the bulbs and used a hair dryer to get rid of condensation or drill a small hole in the bottom of the headlight to allow the moisture to escape. But i think those two are temporary solutions. But its up to you on how you want to fix your problem.
