Anyone have info on this swap. I am putting a 98 H22 into a 96 LX and the harness is not a direct plug in. Is there a harness that plugs in or do you have to re-wire everything.

Please don't tell me to do a search. We all know how well that works.

 

your old harness from your accord wil work fine. if its not vtec, then you have to add vtec pressure switch wire, vtec solenoid wire, and knock sensor. thats for obd1 though. that obd2 motor you have, so im not sure

 

use a p13 ecu from a prelude, should plug right in..

 

I've got an ECU (500.00 for it) but I am talking about the engine to body harness. From what I've figured out, I need to do some major re-wiring.

 

which ECU did you get?
if you dont want to do it yourself, Place racing makes them and i believe HASport
carries them.
