I have a civic dx 93 and i have had a problem with my instrument cluster it doesn't light up, it doesnt accelerate when i do, but it measures the gas and when i begin to hit 40mph it begins to measure the velocity. But at a red light the speedometer goes from 0 to 90 for no aparent reason. I thought it was something electrical because my head lights kinda flicker when i turn them on and the inside light flicker also.
