Default gimme feedback on this setup!! and a few questions too

i'm in the process of building a LS Vtec and i have a few questions i wanna be sure about. The setup is gonna be listed below

Ls Vtec GSR head
b16 pistons pr3
arp rod bolts
arp head bolts
stock ls rods
oem headgasket
built gsr head (undecided on what to do with it yet)
skunk2 IM
b&m fpr
adj cam gears
camshaft (undecided on which one to get so far)
310cc or 440cc injectors
hondata
Js racing intake
header (undecided yet)

The compression should yield about 11.5 to 11.7
Should i use rod bearings that on the motor already or should i replace them? If i decide to use the old rod bearings would i need to recheck the clearance on it?
Also if you guys have any suggestions on what kind of headwork i should do to it and what kind of camshaft i should use. I'm hoping to get around 200whp or somewhere around that ballpark, tuning is just gonna be on 91 octane. Give me your input on the setup!!! And how far would you rev up to on stock LS rods? TIA

If you're already gonna be in the motor replace all bearings, thrust washer, gaskets and seals. Measure and check clearences. As far as cams....you can take a look at the 45,214 ls/vtec setups and decide from looking at one of those builds, I personally decided to run skunk pro1's on my street motor this year.

Obviously replace the bearings while the engine is apart. New oil and water pumps would also be a good idea. IB or Portflow would be my first choices for headwork.

yeah im gonna replace oil pump water waterpump and timing belt. headwork is prob gonna be portflow already. Maybe a full port, ss valve, ti retainer, ti spring and not sure what else. How strong is the stock LS rods?
