Default Id these wheels

I am not sure who owns the car, but I want to know what they came off of? I know they might be off a 01-03 Civic; and are optional factory wheels. Anyone know what model specifically they are from?

they're HFP 16" alloys for the EM/EP chassis.
they have them at handa accessories. I bought a set for my mom's coupe awhile back.

and they do look like the euro EP3 wheels except they're 4-lug

edit**
pics as requested by EK-Chris

slightly dropped on Tein springs might I add

I think the 05' EM2 Civic Wheels, look 152304560 times better, haha. They kinda have a GsR fat five look to em. But flat, and nice. Look into those.
