Car: 1994 Acura Integra GS-R Sedan
Suspension Setup: Koni Sports (yellows) with Ground Control Coil-overs
Spring Rates: 380lb/in Front & 430lb/in Rear
Comments: I also have a 22mm rear sway bar and subframe brace kit (Suspension Technique Speedtech). I recently had Tein RS coil-overs, and switched to the GC/Koni setup for a better daily driving setup. So far I don't miss my Teins.

Car: 1999 Civic Hatchback
Suspension setup : Koni Yellows / H&R Sports
Spring rates : 330f / 280r or 250r? (not sure about rears)
Comments : Shocks 3/4 turn from full soft. Fronts set on stock perch setting, rears set on bottom perch setting. Not too stiff, not too soft street ride.

Car: 2000 Civic Coupe
Suspension setup : Ksport
Spring rates : 8k front/5k rear
Comments : This is my Daily Driving setup. I have seperate setup I use when I am looking to track the car. But with 17" rims and 40 series tires, my street setup is the best way to go.
