newbie Q- How to get rid of the rice muffler
Hey guys I just bought a 1993 civic hb cx to learn about working on cars (and I have some plans for it) plus it's my first manual. It's good but the big problem is that it got a big loud rice pipe attached to it. What's the cheapest way (without getting a full exhaust) to replace it with something not loud?
Thanks in advance fellas.

go down to summit and buy one of those "summit turbo mufflers". cut off old one weld on new one.
they are pretty quiet and only like 15 or 20$

buy a twin loop exhaust and then go to a muffler shop and tell them to take it off and weld the new one.
if u aint got the money just tell them to take off the muffler and add more piping so it can be straight through so it wont be as loud.
