Ok i just picked up a trans that was good, i drove the car took it out and put it in another. But when i puts it on my motor when the clutch is out, like when it grabs it make a wierd ticking/knocking sound which gets louder when i am driving, and sometimes it stops and starts randomly for random piriods of time. It doesnt sound like fork chatter. But i have no clue what it is. I know my clutch was good. but lemme know what you guys think. Thanks.

 

Sounds like it could be a bearing. My brother had a Dodge Colt that did this.
