Default Which Aluminum cam seals?

I gonna order some of these aluminum cam seals which ones are good quality. They have one with 2 o-rings and one with 3 o-rings. I have an H23 so I'd need two of these, right?

which one?

AC AUTOTECHNIC PRO CAM SEALS

OR

BDL Cam Seal

Either will do the job, you only need 1(goes on intake cam, tranny side)

I went with BDL.

^^^^the other side is where your distributor goes, so only one is needed.

I figured even (1) o-ring on the aluminum seal would be better than the crappy rubber OEM cam seal.
