can anyone tell me if this is the right header for a 97 integra gs, with stock b18b1 motor?

the seller said it would but it doesnt fit my stock cat because;
1 the cat has a 1.5 inch opening and this header has a 2.25 inch opening
2 the flange that connects the header to the cat has oposite flange holes!
can anyone tell me what i bought, or if it is the right one and im an idiot!
my other header cracked so i had to buy a new one
this one is rather supprising in quality but it just doesnt match up?
please HELP!!!

 

yes this is true....but why would you weanna waste your money on that POS....save your money and buy a name brand header.....trust me..that header will come back and bite you in the *** later..thne you'll end up buying a new one.

i dont have any money for a new header, so i want to know if this is really gonna fit before i get into finding a cat to fit end pipe...
does anyone know? from the pic, can you tell if it fits...does it look similar to any of your headers on a b18b1?
