c-pillar bar have any purpose?
its useful if you regularly have a a problem witht eh sidewalls of your car bowing out, but an easier way to solve that problem would be to get eh fatties off the roof of your car
Hanging laundry.
There will be some minor chassis stiffening effect but you can definitely get a better gain for the money by investing elsewhere.

i have one on my teg, just some genaric ebay brand, and it came with all the tower and tie bars as well for 105 shipped, it was a great investment for me, my car is all about handling, and i noticed a pretty good difference in the stiffness of the rear end. between the tower bar and the cpillar bar my car feels a lot more sure of itself in the rear, when turning

A harness bar goes on the B-pillar, not the C-pillar.
Why not just get a roll bar?

Yea, but the 'top fuel' bar uses the B-bolts (you know what I mean, lol) so can they share the bolts.
'Cause I already have the pillar bar.

As Lee stated, spend your money elsewhere. A c-pillar bar is theoretically beneficial, but more proved methods can be had for the same amount of money, or less.

Yea, more for bling status. Sort of like getting spoon spark plug wires or Toda cam gears.

The c-pillar bar has two fantastic uses:
1. Camera mount. Great for getting as wide of a front view as possible.
2. Excuse for not using my car when more than 1 person who needs a ride somewhere.
I would be hard pressed to come up with any other benefits to it.

3. Another place to hang air freshener?

If you really want to see if it does anything or if a rear strut tower bar could do anything: tape a string between the mounting points, setup a camera and watch the video later to see if the string gives any slack.
