Hey all, I'm pretty new to this board but I just bought a 94 GSR Sedan and I was wondering... my drivers side door won't stay locked if I just close it, on my old mazda I could just hold the handle and it would be fine but when I do it on this car the door doesnt even close...is there an easier way other than using the key to lock the door or is there something wrong with my door? Thanks for any input...

 

so u r trying 2 lock it right, well it wont lock all the way when the door is open cuz its like a safety thing so u dont lock your keys in, but all i do, is i pull the handle which opens the door from the inside and then i push the lock button 2 lock and it locks all the doors..

 

Yeah, on Honda's you have to hold the inside door handle open to lock the doors.

 

duh I can't believe I forgot that..my mom has a 97 accord and I have to do it on that car lol. Thanks guys
