ok im driving down the road and i notice that the steering wheel starts to pull to the left, not constantly but about every rotation of the wheel the steering wheel makes a tug to the left... so i got out and looked and didnt see anything so got back in a started driving and it quit... I then proceed to get on the highway where at about 55mph it started again everytime i would accelerate, then all of a sudden the whole car started to shake and wheel jerk rapidly so i pulled of the highway... then it quit so i turned around to go back home to a friends to take a look more in depth and couldnt find anything... so i took it home where it sits now and the only thing it is doing now is every once in a while it will make a clicking noise on the drivers side like a cv joint click, but its not constant??? any help on what this may be is apprecitated...

 

I'd check the cv shaft. If thats good, i'd check the wheels bearings

 

Replace the left drive shaft, the outer joint is starting to fail, sometimes one of the ***** in the outer joint is getting lodged out of position and that is causing the vibration and pulling.

 

i replaced the stock struts today with AGX's and i ddint notice anything out of the ordinary... but the sound is more constant now sounds like a cv joint but ill check all of the above... thanks for the help

 

you sure your lugnuts are tight??

 

yeah im sure my lugnuts are tight...

 

i would double check that...
