Default Buzzing sound coming from engine

I have a 4th gen h23 prelude with 110k miles. For the past week or two, when cruising, accelerating or (mostly) decelerating, I have been hearing a buzzing sound around 2700-2800 rpm. It sounds kind of like a chainsaw type sound, and my guess is its a gasket vibrating. It is coming from the front of the car, towards the middle, closer to the driver side. My guess is that it is the exhaust manifold gasket, but im not sure.

Anyone have any guesses as to what it is? Has anyone expirienced a similiar thing?

Thanks, Jordan
