Boring a B16
yea you can do that iv seen pretty big tho... im not a fan though because with a gsr block you get the same stuff as b16 but better bore already and oil squirters which help cooling the motor down... for some reason the b16s never had that... 4 the money id suggest gettin a gsr block and throwing the b16 pistons in it

I'm in Northern Virginia, and I am selling that exact set up. A complete 99 gsr short block, with b16a2 pistons (not installed, still on the b16a2 rods.) Should bring the compression to 11.3
I did this set up in my car, but i bored over the block and got aftermarket b16a2 copies at 82mm and I belive i have a compression ratio of 11.6

how much do you want for it?? i have been trying to find a gsr block.. but dont have alot of cash.. i was also thinking on selling the b16 bottom end to help pay for it.. i have alot of civic parts if you wanna make a trade along with some doe or what.. im stripping out a 95 civic dx with black interior if your intrested in some parts.. i live in southern md so im right there...
