hf
i own an 88hf crx. I hear different things about swapping a b16 or b18 in the vehicle. People say I have to use D series axels and cut them to make them work with the motor...but I KNOW you need bseries axels to complete it. Some people tell me I can use bseries axels but i'm thinking...will they fit through hub? I can't find any specific details on this information. I figure i'd have to get a Bseries motor, axels, transmission and brake upgrade for the front, correct? I'd appreciate it if I could get some help cause i've been holding on this swap till I got the correct information. I want to get everything at once. Thanks a lot!...in advance of course.

Actually you can use the 88-91 civic/crx hubs also as long as they are not the std or hf units..and abs or non abs does not matter..And on passenger side you can use any b-series axle..Driver side you have to match the axle with the halfshaft
And the stock HF harness will work fine ,,its already mpfi,,you wont be using the egr stuff anymore though,,and also there is something about the reverse lights on the hf models thats weird when not using the hf ecu,,I forget
