? about coilver
i own 2 suvs and a maxima, bought a 00 integra gs to save gas+ i got a good deal on it, pervious owner says that it has a coilver suspension system on it, are there any precautions i should know about before removing this as far as busted shock or compressing the springs (they seem to be stuck onto the top and the shock thing). i've done swaps before on the maxima but have never experience anything with a coilver suspension. any input would greatly be appreciated.

yep...it wont pop out or anything...take those suckers out and get some real coilovers...i'd suggest GC's with good shocks like the kyb adj or illimunia's..i have the GC and kyb set up for my EJ8 just for a daily driver...love it...ride is still not like oem but way better than other setups that i've ridin in...the only thing setup that i've ridin in better than my setup was some teins...i'm not sure which ones though but my cuz has them on his DC5 and he paid a good $1200....remember start with your suspension and work up...the GS motor isn't a bad motor to work with...
