Default b16/b20 hybrid motor

I am looking into building a hybrid motor...
I want to know if i can use a milled Jdm b16 head with a sleeved b20z block will there be enough valve clearance because i don't want to bend a valve or blow a motor and is a b16 trans compatable to use???

Head work and parts:
1. Milled head
2. Omnipower valves, retainers and Dual valve springs
3. CTR or Buddyclub spec III + cam shaft
4. Not to sure what cam gear to use any ideas?
5. what else do i need?

Block work:
1. Bored and sleeved 84.5mm
2. Wiseco Piston set 84.5 mm
3. Not to sure what else I will need.

Im looking into gettin one of those Dart honda Blocks. Has anyone heard good or bad things about them? What other kind of work will i need to have done to make this swap happen? What does it take to make a really fast yet extremly reliable hybrid motor like this setup? I need loads of feedbck the more the better..
