The ecu blinks when I turn it on. All three grounds are hooked up. It has spark and fuel, the firing order is correct. What else could it be.

Yes, it turns over, but doesn't start.

make sure your timing is correct, and make sure the spark plug wires are going to their correct respective locations. Also, make sure that your battery is charged. Check for voltage at the map sensor as well. gl.

You said your ECU blinks, is it the red light on it? If so, count the blinks (twice, to make sure you dont have 2 or even 3 codes) and check out the codes depending on what OBD you have. It'll tell you why its pissed off and what to fix

 

It just blinks once when I turn the key on, and that is it. ODB 0 btw.

 

does it matter if it is in gear or not? i don't have the shift linkages on yet, but the front end is off the ground.

 

it sounds like ur distributor is no good.check the spark with screw driver for all cylinders,but sounds like ur dizzy.if it cranks but no start

 

I had the same problem have you checked the compression.........also the like efb20 said check out the dizzy and make sure it is working I think it is form what I am reading cause you said you are getting spark so check the comp

 

Check to see if injecters are working. We had a swap with all four injecters frozen!
