Default Fabricate Aluminum block thread?

Does anyone know of anything I could do to fix a strip head bolt thread?.. Time-sert or Heilicoil of course, but I already did Timesert on it once and the thing strip again over one year of boosting... I heard there a thing you could fill up your headbolt thread and re-tap it. Aluminum? Does anyone know the procedure on how to do it?... I also heard someone said there a thing that you heat up with a propane torch then fill in the block to seal that aluminum. Is that true or it a lie?

Thanks; for any reponses...

I know permatex makes something called aluminum filler but I think you might want to watch the heat rating. I am in the same boat , next time my manifold comes off I'm gonna need to fix two stripped threads so I would like to know
