spark plugs torque????????
i'm doin a tune up on my 96 integra 2morrow can anyone tell me how many pounds of torque pressure i should tighten my spark plugs. and which are better platinum or copper?????
Gap them to .o43 inches, screw them in finger tight, then torque to 13 ft/lbs. Buy the NGK coppers, they are the OEM replacement. I could have sworn that in the Helms it actually says not to use the platinums. You can also use some anti-seize compound on the threads to help future plug removal.

what kinda integra do you have? is it a stock engine? gsr's and type r's come with platinum spark plugs stock. so, i would say, if you have a b18c or a modified b18b (not just bolt-ons), i would go with platinums. coppers last 30k miles compared to 60k miles for the platinums, but coppers are way, way, way cheaper than the platinums.
